Dear Dr. Rudack,
I remember when I first came in to see you, we talked about your wellness program, and the benefits that I would receive from it. I discussed with you the issues that I was having, such as diabetes, asthma, chronic sinus infections, and of course being overweight.
Towards the end of October, we started to detox program after doing the genetic testing. After the Lifestyle Transformation Program (LTP) you came up with a program for me to follow for three months. This is what I want to tell you; I feel 90% better that I did when we started. Please let me explain!
I was so used to having highs and lows with my blood sugar, that I spent 99% of my time eating, always having to have food every three hours. Which is okay, except I was eating the wrong foods. It was like a roller coaster.
My menstrual periods would come either once or twice a month. Bloating, very short tempered and a lot of seating occurred every time. And, the pain was awful! Not only during, but for two weeks prior. I thought It was normal, but I have since found out that it is not normal to be this way.
Today my blood sugar is good. No more ups and downs, or the way I feel. No more PMS with my menstrual periods. I can honestly say that I am in a great mood 99% of the time. I don’t “fly off the handle” anymore.
During the program I found out, how you take care of your body does make a difference in how your body takes care of you. Your body depends on you doing the right thing. When you do, it is good to you.
I am still working on the change of lifestyle when it comes to my weight. I have lost 20 pounds, and I am still working on it. Before we started weight was my whole concern. As I was going through the program, it became secondary to my health. I have started working out at least three times a week, and probably not to my full potential, however, like everything else, it too takes time.
I have learned that when you eat the wrong foods, and are lazy, your body becomes lazy and does not function well. It pays to pay attention and DO THE RIGHT THING!
Thank you very much for your support, and knowledge in what you do. I look forward to my next appointment.
