Recently I read an article about health & wellness, and a quotation in it reminded me of Dr. Rudack.  The quote said, “The good physician treats the disease, the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.”

Dr. Rudack did not only just talk to me about my disease, but treated me, and my health returned!

I was originally referred to Dr. Rudack for severe lower back pain.  After a very detailed conversation I also revealed my concern regarding high bad cholesterol, and my concern about the prescription medication I was suggested to take.

Being a shift worker, my sleep pattern was mostly taking naps throughout the day, which I feel caused havoc to my body.  My white blood cell count was routinely low, as was my vitamin D.

I had no energy at all.  It took an effort to get up and do anything.  I was always tired, and as they say, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.  My diet consisted mainly of carbohydrates, and although I realized that was not good for me, I just could not stop eating them!  I used to drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee a day.  Rarely did I get a balanced or what I know to be a healthy diet.

Occasionally I would go hiking or jogging.  I was overweight and really felt my weight.  I knew I needed to change something, but lacked the willpower or energy to start change or keep on a program.

On my Wellness Consult with Dr. Rudack, we discussed parts about my health and history that at the time did not seem to make sense with regards to my current health issues.  However, he was very compassionate and listened to me.  I do not remember any doctor really listening to me, and take that much time.

He suggested a program to change my lifestyle and restore my health.  He answered all my questions and explained how each step addresses the underlying causes of failing health.

I can honestly say that this program has transformed my life.  First off, I feel like I was in a fog for years, and only recognize that by the fourth or fifth day of the program.  I was eventually able to start and go through the day with no coffee.  I knew this alone was so good for me.  The most important diet change however, was the reduction of my carbohydrate intake, and those terrible cravings.  I learned that sugar and carbohydrates can be very addictive.

By the end of the program, I had energy all day and night, and was exercising 5 days a week.  I know my diet is healthy because I feel good.  I do not have to take any medications!!!

I take specific vitamins prescribed for me by Dr. Rudack, based on lab testing and success of Dr. Rudack’s program was very obvious when we re-ran the labs 90 days later.  Of course I will take some credit for the success.  I had to change the habits that were making me sick.  Throughout the program, Dr. Rudack was always there to listen and answer any questions.

I hope your reading this testimonial, you might understand that I was reading the other testimonials before I began what I now consider my start to a new way to look at my life, and health.
