Anahata Life – A Wellness Sanctuary

Anusura Yoga – a branch of Hatha Yoga that uniquely integrates dee spiritual teaching and precise principals of alignment into the practice. A private or group class for 60 minutes tailored to your wellness needs and level of experience. An uplifting class starting with a hearth themed centering followed by some warm up poses. The student will then be guided to more progressive poses (asana) based on their level of experience and comfort. The class will conclude with a rest period (savasana) and or meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in but is not too loose on the body. A yoga mat and props will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Usui Reiki with Holy Fire – a non-invasive Japanese healing technique. A private session for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Reiki is administered through the hands of a Reiki practitioner with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table (or seated if preferred). The Reiki practitioner’s hands are held at various locations on or above the head and body either lightly touching or slightly away from the body. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands and into the client’s body and energy field. A Reiki session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and fills the client and includes feelings of relaxation, peace and well-being that also promotes healing. Please come as you are, no specific dress code required.

Meditation and Pranayama – A guided series of meditation which will incorporate some conscious breathing exercises, private or group meditation/ pranayama – 30 or 60 minute sessions. Each session will include guided short sequential meditations linked with conscious breathing to promote relaxation, inner peace and healing.

You are welcome to be seated in a chair or on the floor; please bring a blanket or cushion for additional comfort. Suitable for beginners and the seasoned practitioner. Please come as you are, no specific dress code required.
