During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, stress is possibly higher than ever. High levels of stress will negatively impact your health including hormone and sleep cycles as well as your immune system.
I am urging everyone to practice stress relieving techniques to improve your health. Meditation, a scientifically proven practice to lower blood pressure also has beneficial effects on many other bodily functions. I recommended downloading the “CALM” app and discover various ways to practice and learn meditation.
